Buffalo’s Premier Early Learning Center

The mission at LSG is primarily to provide children with the essential tools, skills, and knowledge that lead to a well-rounded enriched development.  From its humble beginnings, the learning center has grown both in size and in prestige, achieving many notable milestones along the way. For example, the founder; Mrs. Brooks joined the board in WNY for Early Childhood and was honored to receive the Child Care Business Award also within the year of 2017; LSG collaborated with Help Me Grow WNY to promote optimal development of young children. In 2018, Little Spanish Garden developed a partnership with Quality Stars NY; which serves to show its ongoing commitment to providing only the most nurturing and engaging environments to the children that attend.  LSG is now recognized as one of the most renowned early childcare and preschool facilities in the Cheektowaga/Buffalo area.  It was established on the belief that every child in the city of Buffalo should engage in learning a second language.

Mrs. Brooks success as an educator rests in her love for children, her passion for parenthood, and her experience as a businesswoman. Leaving the corporate world, Mrs. Brooks brought her three great interests together with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Combining her bilingualism, organizational and leadership skills; Mrs. Brooks sought to add something new to the city of Buffalo’s early childhood education sphere with a Spanish Immersion Program. Earning a Childhood Development Associate Credential along with furthering BA studies in Early Childhood Education; while launching Little Spanish Garden was a practical demonstration of the value of diversity with early education.

Little Spanish Garden began as an attempt to develop a program based in culture and now has become the culmination of her life’s work. While in the classroom she continually strives to shape young minds to encourage creativity and curiosity. That life’s work has been recognized through the prestigious accolades LSG has received as an early learning facility.

Mrs. Brooks has been successful in fostering long-term partnerships with numerous public organizations, and she remains a proud advocate for children alongside the Advisory Council at CCRN.
